actually imo you should say forget teh extreme bko and just put in the 04 which runs 240 new, the extreme just has different milling thats all. Good job though and i agree w/ the fact that there has been alot of new people asking. Oh and got what your doing all the guns listed are below that price, but maybe just put the 04 bko maybe if you wanted to under the 250 but up to you good post though.
Oh and are you doing msr bc of just in general? Like i know alot of guns that are like msr or whatever it is at 500 but you acn get them for $300 or so but let me know.

I use MSRP because all those other prices depend on where, when and how too much to run on. They aren't solid enough to build a list on, and can be very opininated. All suggestions for markers to add or take off are good, discussions on the markers themselves must be seperate. I will not delete Posts asking about good markers for a certain price as long as they use this page as reference, or take the time to at least take a look at my list. If someone just goes: Whats a good marker for 400, I will be pissed but I'll look at the discussion before I delete. If someone goes: What is a good marker for 400? Not on the list, or whats in your opinion the best from that list for 400? I will not delete.... this post isn't really setting any rules, its just an attempt to answer some questions and not have repeat posts for newbies, kinda like a FAQ.

Ok well if we want you adding guns, we should find the msrp then right? To do you a favor? ill go do my search for the price and all, to make it easier on you. I can edit this post w/ the guns.
05 vert cocker all i found was $359
Sp ION $299
Oh and the (xtra) should that be like below 100??? not 200? jw. Thats insane if it is. Um thats all i can think of for now, but more will come, if you could find the msrp on the b2k i would definatly suggest throwing that up there.
WARRAVEN
Mar 13 2005, 02:34 PM
working on those three, but the xtra msrp= 225.
Raven

P.S. I can't find the cocker either, but I wouldn't recommend the cocker to a newbie...

And wait, but you would recomend a nasty imp?? lol jw, oh and also would you put like the VL guns in there??? I know newbs stil get those, even though they arnt recomended, or do you want to leave stuff like that out, and only do the highly recomended?

I'll take a look at some of that, but I like it as a starting point... and I don't trust a loader company to make a marker... but I will take a look.

i just thought about it, would it be a good idea, to seperate which guns can run on HPA and CO2? maybe to help out the newer people? Dunno if that would be hard, but yeah just a thought.

Why wouldn't you recomend a cocker to a newbie??
TesKid
Mar 29 2005, 08:41 PM
because they can be very complicated, and you wouldnt want someone who is buying their first gun, to buy a cocker, mess with it, and then cant fix it. Thats why it is not suggested.

This thread was dead. But to answer your question- brass eagle monster balls. Shoot straight for the most part and are cheap as hell. BTW you should get a spyder over the tippy but thats not what you asked.

Anyone reading this. Don't get a Spyder.
Smart Parts has the Vibe and SP1 out. They are both the same the difference is body style.
They would be the perfect Marker for anyone looking to get into the sport. If you are looking for a electronic marker to try tournaments the Vibe is for you. Upgrade the board and add eyes. If you want to have a scenario looking marker the SP1 is the way to go. You can customize it (bipod, stock, sights).
If you want to know more about these markers go to
www.pntball.comHere is the Vibe.

There are also great deals on paintball equipment listed on eBay.

(..but Spyder guns typically do have a penchant for rapid deterioration...often beginning the moment the marker is removed from its factory seal...)

Just a quick thread. I would like to say to all the newbies that having the same gun for a while is fine. Dont go all crazy with your money and think you have to go and buy a new gun and then a new one after that. I bring this up because I have a friend who constantly buys new guns and has barely used the one he had before the new one. He thinks the gun makes the paintballer when this isnt true. So think before you get a new gun. "Do you really need a new gun?"
