Im seriously thinkin about buying an imagine 05 LED and i almost have enough money, but i also want to upgrade my 98 custom so when i get real good i can sell it for a lot. What do u think i should do?

You wont be able to sell it for alot really, they lose value and i say it wont be worth it to just upgrade and then sell.

o alright i think ill buy the imagine and i dont think im gonna sell my 98 though for a while bcuz it can be my backup gun until i buy a used timmy.or a used one...

yea dude an imagine is a great ass gun, its better than that 98, even upgraded, just take that one listen to teskid he is a genius

Keep the tippman to loan to newbies who want to try paint ball. Then use them for target practice. And make sure you upgrade your bolt when you get your imagine. and get a decent motorized loader.

action markers aren't that good what I've heard and no one knows what they are so stop typing. The ion is newer and tons more of asskicking

UPGRADE youre tippy and if you have to buy a new one get the imagin action pball sucks @$$ crack

or get the ion but like tippmanns I dont know why i like em so much

it depends on what your doing to your tippman.... an upgraded tippman will b better than an imagine but i think the imagine has alot of upgrades that you can do to make it better then your tippman but it will cost a good amount of money to get the imagine upgraded

no, the tippmann will still be kinda sucky. it doesn't work well for getting towards speedball while the imagine is a pretty good introduction to that part of the sport. the 98c loses value dramatically over years. putting money into that gun would be like tossing cash into a fire.

yeh ive never herd of action markers but i do recomend the ion because smartparts is a very good brand and ive herd from people they are reliable....strong...and accurate...but i woodnt sell the 98 because i sold my guns and then i had someone ask me if they cood play but they didnt have a gun and i had jus gotten rid of mine and so he coodnt play and wen we went to go play we needed one more person to make the teems even

the sentinel is the worst gun made by action markers!!!

98c's are not accurate at all with the stock barrel but if you slap a teardrop or sumthin on there then its pretty accurate

sell the 98 to buy ups for the ion. get a barrel, feedneck and a new reg because they are the week spots on the gun

i say keep your 98 and dont udpgrade it and keep saving your money for an ION, then sell all you co2 tanks and your gun and buy a N2 tnak for it, and if not already buy a hopper. then your all set.

i personally thinkyou should get the imagine because if you are gonna get the ion you are gonna spend around 300 for it and i dont no how much you are working with...get the imagine and then with the left over money from that buy a s**t load off ups for it and it will be just as good if not better than the ion. imo

nah it wont be better because the ion will still shoot faster and have eyes so it wont chop. you cant get a magnetic trigger for the imagine unless you want to pay a shitload. ions have them. ion has a reg, better feedneck, better stock barrel, so uping an imagine is not that great of an idea when you can save a littlle more and get an ion

yea the ion kicks the imagines ass anyday. my cousin has an imagine and it breaks down every time we play... im dead frikken serious. i hate it. for starting its ok, but if you get more into the sport, do not buy it, its a waste of money. the 98c is soo much more reliable than the imagine too, and even though it will sell less when its used, you get much more for your dollar. the 98c is built like a frikken tank and ive never had it breakdown on me or have anything go wrong. buy the ion if its ur second gun if you get into speedball. if you get into woodsball, stick with the 98c and up it, or buy the A5. But i cannot stress enough that if youve been playing for more than like 4 months, DONT buy the imagine.
