i am making a paintball field out of plastic 55 gal. barrels i have 35 right now and more on the way. i am going to cut them in half so i can put sand bags on the bottom and double stack them for a taller bunker. best of all there free

i have about 1 acre to build this field and i have to take it down every weekend i can leave them up for sat. and sunday.

by cutting them in half i can stack them together for easy storage and i have a trailer to move them from the front yard to the back of the garage.

please let me know of any ideas you all have thanks

Thats pretty smart , i made bunkers out of homemade sandbags ,

i got walmart bags and filled them with dirt and stacked them high

but you should really consider some ply-wood , that stuff really helps

but the most advice i can give you

look for a construction site .... ! ! ! !

there have countless materials there you can well... borrow

i hate to ***promote*** stealing , but hey .. they throw half that shit away neways

borrow a bunch of plywood and then also have those 2x4's if you get
enough you can stack them and they make killer bunkers , plus it looks
nice as hell ,

also if you have tarp like that blue crap you put over your pool
you can make a big dirt , sand , watever mound and put the tarp over it
the tarp keeps it in place and looks cool .. lol

but also my favorite is cement blocks , there was an abondon wall type
thing behind my house , so i got a few shopping carts and loaded up
and made trips all day and put my course together .. remember
the more time you put in , the better it will be

plus be creative
