jt excelerator. NEED HELP HELP

My friend got a excelerator a couple days ago. he was shooting it today, and it stoped shooting. The shot counter says it shoots a ball, but the gun just clicks. He turned the safety on, and now he can't turn it off.

Im not an electronic type of guy. I shoot a cocker.
He needs some help fast! Game saturday!
